I am a freelance illustrator based in Adelaide, Australia.

I love to draw, it's the only thing that keeps me sane. I work both digitally and traditionally and enjoy mixing the two together.

I have worked within the print industry for almost 20 years and my career as a digital printer and graphic designer has taken me from small prints, such as stationary and promo gear to large scale wall graphics, sandblasting unique items and even working with lasers.

​I created monkeysoup as a side hobby in 2013. I started out selling my illustrations and designs on button badges, magnets, bookmarks and notebooks at market stalls. I was encouraged to open an online store and I now sell my artwork on all kinds of products through 3 different companies. check them out here. Redbubble, threadless & TeePublic.

monkeysoup started out as a lot of random drawings and I have now found that it is slowly tuned into who i am as a person with mainly pop culture references, cheeky and funny drawings and a lot of Tshirts designs (my favourite thing to wear). ​

 

Looking ahead with my creative journey, I would love to work as an illustrator full time creating licensed artwork for movies & TV shows, music posters and children's books.
